Question 1

Where do I park for High Point University Basketball Games?

Accepted Answer

General Fan parking is in the Qubein Center Lot at 1315 N. University Parkway. High Point University shuttles will provide transportation to and from this lot to the front of the Qubein Center.

Question 2

How do mobile tickets work?

Accepted Answer

Your phone is your ticket. All High Point University athletics tickets are delivered digitally upon purchase and can be accessed on your order confirmation page or in the "tickets" section of your online account. Add your tickets to apple or google wallet before arriving to campus so they're ready even if cell service or wi-fi are slow.

Question 3

Accepted Answer

Click here for a video tutorial on accessing your mobile tickets.

Question 4

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Accepted Answer

All High Point University venues are handicap and ADA accessible. ADA ticket purchases are turned off for basketball games to ensure those in need have proper access. If you are in need of an ADA ticket purchase, please contact stripp@highpoint.edu

Question 5

What time do gates open?

Accepted Answer

Gates will open 60 minutes prior to all game start times, with the exception of Men's Basketball which opens 90 minutes prior. We recommend arriving at least 1.5-2 hours before game time to park, clear security, and find your seats for kickoff. Entry lines are shortest when you arrive early.
