Question 2

How do mobile tickets work?

Accepted Answer

Your phone is your ticket. All High Point University athletics tickets are delivered digitally upon purchase and can be accessed on your order confirmation page or in the "tickets" section of your online account. Accepted Answer

High Point University enforces a clear bag policy at all athletic events. Approved bags include clear plastic, vinyl, or pvc bags up to 12" x 12" x 6", one-gallon clear plastic bags, and small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" Diaper bags and medically necessary items are permitted, but are recommended to consolidate the best as possible, and subject to additional screening.

Question 4

What time do gates open?

Accepted Answer

Gates open 90 minutes prior to tip-off. We recommend arriving at least 1.5-2 hours before game time to park, clear security, and find your seats for kickoff. Entry lines are shortest when you arrive early.
